Healthy food gets a delicious upgrade at this vegan cafettadminDecember 21, 2019Casual / Healthy / VeganFood & DrinkFood hacks0 Comments 01 min read Butcher’s DaughterFor fitness fanatics and health freaks alike, healthy food gets a delicious upgrade at this vegan cafe which now has multiple locations in NYC and LA. By substituting beef for beetroot in beet tartar and cashew butter for cheese in their sandwiches, this cafe uses nutritious and organic ingredients which are appetizing yet nourishing for the body. Their acai bowls, Peterson’s buckwheat pancakes, 7-grain brioche french toast (as shown below) and home-made coconut yoghurt with maple-almond granola and berries are popular brunch options. The spicy kale caesar and spicy sausages made from fennel are popular for lunch. The vibe is hipster chic with earthy wooden stools- not the most comfortable seating to linger around for very long though. The ambience is minimalistic and bare and the service is satisfactory but not especially good- can be a bit slow from time to time. Its also nice to grab a juice and sit outside instead of having a meal if the weather is nice. Butcher’s daughter offers a wide range of wellness juices and smoothies made from black pepper extract, turmeric, matcha green tea powder, camu camu and bee pollen- super foods any health-conscious person would be addicted to. ttadminStay connected on the freshest stories shaping the world of food, travel, vetted luxury and more.
